Biography
Samantha graduated from Stony Brook University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After graduation, she pursued a career as a paralegal, where she predominantly handled plaintiff-centered personal injury claims. Samantha oversaw the management of those cases from initial intake through to litigation.
After six years in the legal field, Samantha attended New England Law Boston. She interned for Veteran’s Legal Services—a nonprofit organization providing legal assistance to veterans in need—and for a local Boston personal injury attorney, putting her knowledge and passion for advocacy to work. Samantha graduated from New England Law Boston in 2023.
Samantha joined Miller & Caggiano, LLP in 2024 as a Law Clerk, and is now an Associate Attorney. Her work primarily focuses on Workers’ Compensation and New York State Disability Retirement matters.
Samantha brings an unwavering dedication to fiercely advocate for those whose livelihoods have been impacted by injury or hardship. Alongside her colleagues, she actively ensures that the rights and dignities of these hardworking individuals are protected and that they are afforded the justice and benefits that they deserve.
